Our new Foundry method for website development allows a brand new website to be developed at a fraction of the traditional cost. These are a step up from our ultra-affordable websites called FORGE and a step down from our fully custom websites called FABER. Think of these as a cross of the two. They are not fully custom designed, but they are fully editable and fully scalable. That means we can build the site out quickly and for lower cost but there is no limit on what can be done with the site after that. Like everything we build, these are fully owned by the customer and completely portable to move to another provider. Get in touch so we can talk more about your new website.

How does this compare to other website development methods?
At the core, our FOUNDRY sites are running the same world-class software that a custom website runs – and about half of the Internet. These are also hosted in our world-class hosting environment. It has the backbbone of a heavy duty truck, but it is not fully custom on the outside. The design and content of our FOUNDRY sites are generated based on the branding and information on your company instead of being fully custom built like our custom websites. The FOUNDRY sites ride between our ultra-low cost FORGE sites and our fully custom built FABER sites.

Can I update this site later?
You certainly can! It is a simple process in a visual editor to click and change your website. We will teach you how to login and make changes. These run the same finished editor that our fully custom built sites use – very simple and easy to learn. You also have our team behind you if you need help. We can come along side you anytime to help with your website as much or as little as needed.
How does this compare to fully custom website?
FOUDNRY sites are very similar to our custom designed websites in most ways. The big difference is how the content and the design work are done. In a normal custom built website, these details are carefully designed to be a perfect match for your company look and feel. For so many companies, that is really not the biggest need. Where FOUNDRY is strong is in the development cycle. We are able to scrap the bigger factors of time and cost for custom design and content. This allows us to spin up the site faster, cheaper, and that is for your benefit.
Can this method be applied to an existing website?
Not really. The FOUNDRY system was built to be a ground-up new build and cannot be applied over the top of an existing website. If we needed to replace your old website with a new FOUNDRY site, that is easy enough. Our process for that would be to build the new site and when it is complete simply discard the old site replacing it with the new.
