A gracious referral from an existing client led to a phone call from Todd Johnson, owner of Gristy’s cleaners. Todd was looking for a new website to help drive more customers, communicate their specials, and grow his dry cleaning business in Lubbock.
Working with Todd has been a joy to say the least. He has been prompt on any need we had and very open to new ideas for marketing his business online. Todd had two main things for us to tackle:
1. Help people find him
2. Get his coupons out there
The website is a custom designed, mobile responsive build with a color scheme related to their company colors. Throughout the site we used pictures of Todd’s locations and staff doing what they do best, delivering on their promise of the finest dry cleaning in Lubbock. We laced their extensive service list throughout the site and made a page dedicated to their coupons. Those coupons are completely usable online or can be printed with a click to keep handy.
An ongoing SEO effort is underway to help more people find the Gristy’s website. Any new website is launched behind the pack of existing websites so they need time and maintenance to make them show up and work well. We are developing new content and updating the website to keep search engines perked and interested. These efforts also work well to help educate and inform Todd’s customers. Our goal on this website, and every website we work on, is to build a useful tool for the customer so they can grow their business and operate more efficiently.
